Abstract
Software nowadays is a complex matter. It is becoming increasingly
difficult to create and to maintain. We aim at developing a theory about the
development of Autonomous Software Systems, able to reconfigurate
themselves and to learn.
Given some previously made components, we must assure that the
assemble of the final system is possible.
Status of this work
Acquiring knowledge on MetaCognition and Cognitive Architectures.
Scheduled end
In the not so distant future...
Thesis Objectives
- Components metamodelling, patterns.
- Component integration.
- Software reconfiguration, learning, reflection?
- To build a theory about the construction and developing of
engineering tools.
Potential Applications
Intelligent, self-conscious software agents.
